I saw that you ask about the CDI's and I will try to answer this way I have gone through 3 of them all right in a row then this last one has over 1500 miles on it and no problem . In fact this last one was on a 49cc motor and already had over 4000 miles on it before I put it on my (80cc) 66cc that I am riding now . I bought it on e-bay cheap so my guess is just keep changing them as they burn out and hope for the best . I do not run any lights off of mine as this put more of a load on it . I also don't use the kill switch to shut my engine off instead I use the choke to shut the engine down . Don't know if this helps so good luck .
