man, in my city you HAVE to register a normal bicycle even. but luckily it's all the same $5 for 3 years sticker for bicycles, mopeds, MAB's, and scooters under 50cc.

I still have yet to register my bike. Maybe I'll take it to the bike shop before I put the motor back on and get my sticker.
