back wheel ring?

hi all
i was wondering what size diameter the pulley on the back wheel of a whizzer is? and also what is the over all gear reduction of a whizzer from motor to rear wheel? and where can i buy one of the pulleys. thanks

by the way this old man i know has a old whizzer bike (kit) that has been disassembled and laying in a pile in this old building. he will not sell it at all. he will never do any thing with it, but he thinks its worth $10,000. no kidding

The back wheel ring is 15" in diameter.

How wide is it? I am curious as to how much room is required for it and the belt to clear the frame.
