wcc jesse james chopper mounting help.

Hi, just another newbie to this great forum trying to mount my 80cc china girl to a wcc jesse james bike( look it p on google). I'm going to bring it to a machinest to get the mounts made but i'm wondering if someone can help me with the design a little. I know I'm going to half to mount the carburator on a 90 degree angle, how might I go about doing that?
