Exclamation clutch handle install

Hi All,
I am haveing a question as to the mounting of the clutch handle on a mountain bike. The rear brake is in the normal location and am looking at placing one above the other but question the stopping ability while pulling the clutch at the same time. As you may have guessed I haven't even put gas in the tank yet. I have toyed with the idea of swapping the front and rear brakes
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I mounted my clutch below the brake. Two fingers for clutch and two fingers for brakes.....

Welcome to the forum

You could also use a double brake lever

You could also make one out of your old break lever....there is a thread somewhere here about that. Could not find it.
