Thanks 210061741, I thought allot of what you where describing sounded very similar. I have no idea about the internal details. But as for the ports and overall craftsmenship it sounds like my generic. Mybe I have something decent.

Anyway guys my name is Rich.
Sorry about the screwy username.
Can i change it???

It seems maybe some of the manufacturers of these HT spend more money on advertising then they do on Quality control.

I guess it's like anything else, the most expensive isn't allways the best.
The most popular isn't allways the best.
It's the luck of the draw.

You never really know what you have until you take it apart.

I can't wait to get it together and on my bike.
But i like it so much i'm takin my time.

Want it all to be the best it can.

Like i said other than a little casting flash and some metal dust in there this baby is tight.

I am gonna have a hard time takin it easy on the break in.

But i will have to control myself.

Maybe i'll loose my throttle cable so i can't give it too much.

I got to get goin.

Every second that goes by i get more excited.

Why? Proper break in include some WOT and heavy acceleration.

It doesn't include 16:1 pre-mix.

I can agree about the WOT thing.
The Grubee didn't seem to really break in till i rode it hard.

Prolly i'll use MC-1 synthetic racing oil at 32:1.

It really will run good wtih the MC-1 at 50-1.

But for the break in 32:1 will be ok.

I'll prolly run it hard for short periods several times.
Pull the head and clean out any particles in the engine.

Since i've taken the motor apart i'll grease everything good for the break in.

But you don't want to leave it in there long.
It will become abrasive paste pretty quickly.

Once the Crosshatch pattern is wore off the cylinder walls it's pretty much broken in.
I'll clean it thourally with kerosene and put it back together.

Then with the MC-1 i'll prolly run 40:1.
