It must have vibrated out when I was making my land speed record run (29.4 MPH according to crappy walmart digital speedometer... started breaking up and wouldn't accelerate any faster at full throttle)... obviously now it won't idle at all.

Does anyone know what size the screw is so I could possibly replace it, or have an extra they could send me?

Not sure, but when you do, safety wire the screw to the carb. I have never had a problem of one coming out but after reading some have I safety wire all my builds.

Mine was trying to fall out too so I put some silicone sealer on mine before I screwed it in.

I'm trying out this method to keep my idle screw in place. I put a rubber washer and wing nut on the idle screw. Actually it doesn't really need a wing nut, a regular nut might be better. The rubber washer seals out air and helps keep the screw tight.

Also in this picture you can see the way I'm trying to protect my pants leg. Also serves as a back up cable stay.
