Exhaust mod

It would be tough to make the exhaust quieter, you would have to do serious modifications. Possibly a scratch built baffle with real muffler packing would make it quieter but really it is already pretty quiet.

Why quieter? go for louder, it is much safer.
 
You can make it sound like a Harley if you use fiberglass muffler packing correctly. I just did my four stroke and used two stroke packing because its not as thick as four stroke and these little engines can only puff out so much. I only used a little and its going to create some back pressure so it should get the Harley affect.

I extended the pipe outlet back behind the wheel with cheap electrical conduit and I find it is much quieter. This requires some fabrication and welding though...sorry no pics. cannot post pics.from library
