Well, here's the deal...I went all ove rtown trying to find #42 chain to no avail.

TSC has #40 which fit the sprocket as well as #41, but they don't sell # 42 any more.

So, for now, #41 it is.

#420 is the same SIZE as #41, but it's twice as strong in tensile strength and a little heavier per foot.

#40 is even wider than #41 so, I wouldn't use that.

#415 is the same size as #42.

#41 is 25% stonger in tensile strength than 415- sometimes strong enough is strong enough.

Yes, I definitley doubt anyone will put 1500+ pounds of pull on a motorized bicycle chain.
