Yes. Bike Bugs' are the same exact thing...just a different brand name. The were also sold by Sears as a "Free Spririt".

I paid 75 bucks for mine, used, but not abused.

The only adverse effect is that it wants to tip over when on the kickstand if you don't set everything just so.
