Workman wheels prices?

hers a link to husky bicycles that sells a 26" rim with heavy duty spokes and drum brake...I bought one and it is TOP quality and currently goes for $79.00 plus shipping the tire size ia 26 X 2.125...part number is #500-219

Hi Barb, talked to the guy selling them and asked him to open the bidding up to Canada.
He was good enough to and then Flea bay wouldn't let me bid. That cost both of us.

Trouble with bringing any thing into Canada is that if it can't come by mail, UPS puts a
$52.00 fee on every package that comes over for "custom clearance' fees. Then the Gov. charges 5% of that for Good and Services Tax plus the item.
Makes the Worksman factory wheel price, pricey if they come by Big Brown but I'll call tomorrow and see.

The really great part of that little rip off is they charged me to clear the wheels of the bike I bought because they were separate.

My favorite saying is "Some times it pays to be Canadian but you can bet it always costs"

Hi Pete, building an early 50's Monark cruiser into an electric bike. Only thing legal here in B.C. I did in fact get the wheels that we were talking about.

I looked at Worksman trikes and then I deceided to add a side car that I'm building at this very moment. It looks like a small Chris Craft boat.
