Very nice, is that a vintage seat? What color paint are you planning?

yeah i pick up the old pan seats from a local bike shop. (have 3 of them on other bikes)
they usually look like this when i get em.
before

after

because there a 2 part pan seat, there real easy to re-upholster.

think i'm going to go with indiain't red.

So the sheave below is just to take up space visually? Interesting.
How about a shot of it with a rider? I like the lines and I'd like to see how it sits.

actually theres an entire assembly that goes with the big pulley on the bottom.

its my fake crank case.(not pictured)
if you look in my original thread you'll see the rest.
(you'll also get to see a vid of me riding it)

new to the board, have a few noob questions i'm sure have been answered.

its a pulley from a farm supply store. my crank will have a smaller sprocket on the otherside, the small red chain goes around the grey pulley. the chain moves when ya peddle, but for the most part the smaller grey pulley doesn't move (chain just spins freely)

its a real small bike (24" wheels) real easy to throw around.
