Help on Repairs--Need Mechanic--Northern Virginia

My 4 CC engine shut down at about 420 miles. That was on July 21, 2009, and I have not been able to start it since and I have not been able to find someone who can help me.

I live in the Washington, DC area, Northern Virginia. Does anyone know of a Mechanic in my area who can work on my problem?
