| | trike motor kit noob here. i tried a search already. i cant find any info on a kit the helps you mount a motor in the back of a trike. does one exist. something like a plate that bolts up to the holes in the trike frame kit.
kind of an advanced project for a first build but heck winter is coming. |

| | Re: trike motor kit spooky said no dice. since i have never built one i have no idea why. if you built two mounts off the frame to mount the motor why cant you run the chain vertically.
i only want to mount it there because the one i am reproducing had it there. here is a pic of the bike and what i have to start with. the royal scot i have to start with looks like a good frame to mount a motor. it also looks to be able to handle a trike rear end.
since its my first any comments or suggestions would be helpful.

I have built a trike using his whole arraingment...it should work
the trike rear will extend the back (bolts to orig drop-outs), so, a mount up tight to your seat-stays will work
as an example...check out how George from tuscon's trike is mounted
