There's a lot of good info on types of bikes here, you just hafta plow thru the threads with appropriate titles that relate to various bikes.

make sure your bike has plenty of room for a engine and fuel tank.
you might want one with a normal size frame poles.
a 26" full size normal frame are best.
plus you need clearance for muffler and intake with filter.
if you get a dual start engine, they are wider and you have to move the engine a lot higher or get new wide peddal cranks.cruiser tires and fenders are nice.
for a engine,you can start with a 48cc.
some bikes with coaster brakes might need modifing of the inner metal sprocket hole or dust boot.

If you go with one of the site sponsors you are going to get good service and respect with any issues. With your choice of bikes, you had better do some reading on that rear wheel and what others have done. The price is good over at gasbike so I can see your point.

You might want to read some of the information found here regarding the Micargi Brand. There have been reports of frames cracking, overall poor quality and bad customer support from the manufacturer. Here is some of the info. Micargi, Good, Bad?

Beach Cruisers You Can Get Just About Anywhere. I Was Looking At Some In Walmart, That Were A Decent Price. The Motor Kit Goes On Some Of Those Pretty Easy. Depends What You Want To Do, Off Road, speed, show, Or Point A To B.
Da Choice Is Yours Eh...welcome To The Forum!

I didn't want to "steer" you 548, but, I've been eying the Worksman brand bikes. Tough and made in the USA. Not cheap.
