Is a 26' or 28" tradional Bike ok??
I have enuff money to get my motor next thursday..But havent decided on a bike yet.Iam either gonna get a 26' or 28' tradional bike(india or china)standard black with all teh chrome goodies.its a V style frame but will that ragjoint sproket mount thingy work ok on the wheel ok if its a 28" wheel?

Since spoke length and rim diamater has nothing to do with the wheel hub I vote yes!

36 spoke count is the most painless way but other counts work and may need smaller bolts... or not.
