When you click reply, or quote, and the text box comes up, there is a manage attachments button below the emoticons. Screen Pics attached
Use a photo editor to ensure that they are not oversized, no more than 1300X1000.
Save them in a logical location so that you can find them.
Click on the photos I have posted here, then click on them again to enlarge them.
