Hey Everyone #41 Roller Chain is working perfectly for me for now buy it at Tractors Supply for a 10 foot length was about $13 . Spookey tooth supplied me with this info.

I think the #41chain is slightley different ,the outside width looks the same but the components are not quite as heavy duty as the 415 resulting in the inner diameter (square) is a little wider . a little more room for the teeth maybe, less hangups I hope .

i broke my chain today and went to tractor supply and bought a #41 chain like teddyb suggested. it fits perfect. not as heavy duty looking as the 415 but looks and feels better made. the way something looks as we all know does not mean something is stronger. quality of this chain is real nice. also i think i can get three chains from the one length. i made one chain and i know i can get a second one for sure and posibly a third. awesome find teddy
