the frame is a pretty simple looking frame, but i am afraid that the frame may be to thick?

should i order engine mounts for the bigger frame.

There is no such thing as an 80cc kit from China. Who ever is trying to sell you such a kit is not being honest. thanks..

You should have no problem with 1 or 1 1/4" tubing. There are several ways to mount on on oversized tube frames depending on what tube(s) are over sized.
