Vintage Schwinn craigslist alert

Made a new friend today when we met to look at his recent build. It is advertised in Charleston Craigslist under 'bikes' for May 8th. He was unaware of the forums and all of the vendors except for a forgotten e-bay seller from 2 years ago. The pictures do it justice. A mixture of vintage parts and whimsy. Check out the gas cap,,,,old porcelin faucet handle,,O rings and a drilled vent. Very cool.
He also fashioned the gas tank. Love the springer, and would love to know where to find another.
Hope we hear and see more of him soon. I'm sending a large list of contacts.

Wow $600.00 Bucks he is giving it away. Someone should jump on it I know i would if I had a JOB!!

I forgot to mention that this is his first effort.
Laid off from my part time employment, or I would have snagged it. Brought 2 guitars with me but not what he wanted.
Kind of inspires me away from building with new or newer bikes.
Where can I find dual spring forks like that??
