Default upgrades.........where to start?

Well here is a pic of the GT I just got going. I wanted to get input on what you all think is the best first upgrades I might do. You know.... price versus results and feasibility and so on. That sort of thing. I see a lot here. Where to start?
Thanks all and Merry Christmas!

I've heard there's a new 2 speed automatic in the works that would make one heck of an upgrade.

A different chain tensioner might be good. I never trusted the ones that come with the kit.

Well, all of the above actually. Reliability is probably first followed by performance. Like most I'm light on cash this time of year but I really want to see what everyone is doing and how much bang they got for the buck. Already getting some great ideas. Keep 'em coming!
Evan
Thanks

The best performance upgrade for the money, I believe would be a tuned pipe. If your handy you could pickup a 50cc pocket rocket t-exhaust about $20+ on ebay
