Default Question about Chain Drive

My cousin comes back in town next week and he has lots of tools to help me with my Bike and I was wondering how good of an idea is it to have a chain drive that is a push start?

all the china bikes mostly are drag start if that is what you mean. They work just fine.

Yea, that is what I meant, My only question is what if there isn't a clutch?

What are good ways to make a clutch?

Make a clutch with a belt drive and spring loaded tensioner.

I have no experience with chain drive except the china girl kit which has a clutch.

You should get about 15-20 mph out of it.

I think you would be better off with friction drive with so small an engine. I have no particular reason for saying that just seems it would be easier all around.
