My cousin comes back in town next week and he has lots of tools to help me with my Bike and I was wondering how good of an idea is it to have a chain drive that is a push start? |

all the china bikes mostly are drag start if that is what you mean. They work just fine. |

What are good ways to make a clutch? |

Make a clutch with a belt drive and spring loaded tensioner.

I have no experience with chain drive except the china girl kit which has a clutch. |

You should get about 15-20 mph out of it.
