Here is how I added a front brake to my OCC chopper. Just two u-bolts and some square tubing.Weld the u-bolt brackets to the ends of the tubing.I got the brakes from Amazon. Also put on a dual pull brake lever..

is there anyway to mount a disc brake on that front end or rear end? i just got a set of mozo m30 mountain bike suspension forks that have the mount for the caliper. it does have mounts for the v brakes, but id much prefer discs for a more motorcycle look and feel. here what my set up looks like My Forks

You would also need a disc brake ready hub for what ever wheel you want disc brakes on, so if your forks have the mount for it then you just need the hub with a disc for the caliper to squeeze.
