New Air Cleaner Cover: Functionality Over Looks

I had originally modified my air cleaner cover when I put my engine on my current frame, and it kept breaking and coming apart. Well, when I say "modified," I really mean I cut the stock cover to fit, and it cracked. No super glue worked, and so I finally just cut one from the bottom of a soda can, and fashioned a support.

Might want to add a lot more holes though. Seems like that might be a little restrictive.

So I didn't make it out to the garage until after dark last night, and took my bike for a night ride. The air cleaner cover worked great, and doesn't seem to impede the air flow any, so I'll leave it alone for now. Felt GREAT to finally get back out, and on a night ride, no less!!

You should drill more holes, or make the holes bigger... just a thought.
