Motorized Bike Lurching a Bit

Sounds like I need to change-out the plug / plug wire. I'll do it and see how it goes. One thing that I'm trying to attain is economical reliability to the extent that I can. I'm hoping that these steps will help there.

I'll check-out the motorcycle chain adjusters on the axles. The concept seems to make total sense.
