Default Major clutch arm problems

My clutch arm moves around freely and doesn't hit against anything. So of course its not starting, I have the grubee skyhawk 66/80cc engine that I bought from bikeberry, back around three months ago. But I'm a pretty big noob, because I'm only 16 and have no clue about these engines.

There is a ball bearing and a rod that should be inside the sprocket.

Remove the left cover (drive side) and look up in the center of the sprocket...are they there?

There should be a rod, with a ball bearing behind it. They can't go inside the engine, but they can fall out if you took the cover off and were unaware that they were in there.

They should be available from any vendor, if the guy who sold you the kit doesn't have any, call around.
