How long should a guy expect one of the Chinese motors to run with a good break in and regular maintenance? how many hours or miles before a rebuild is needed? I'm guessing there are some riders out there that have been riding these long before fuel prices forced some of us to ride, even though I would still want my set up if gas was lower. Thank you.

I'm on year five and just crossed the 4,000 mile mark. I did have to replace a piston pin but that was my fault. I used some racing fuel and did not mix the oil correclty and drove it like speed racer



Oh yeah, I've got a buddy in Vegas he's got over 7,500 miles last time I spoke to him which was around December.

From what I know a 5000 mile engine is not uncommon.
