kill switch wiring
Hi,
My installation manual says to use the short wire coming from the kill switch as a ground and attach the long one to the wire from the engine. However... both wires are long. One is black and one is yellow... does it matter which one I use as the ground?

Re: kill switch wiring
It doesn't matter. The switch is simply a momentary switch that is normally open and then closed the circuit to short out/ ground out the motor when you push it.

Re: kill switch wiring
I went directly to the motor wiring. One side of the kill switch to white, the other side to the black that also goes to the cdi.
