Has Anyone Ever Seen / Owned / Rode A Mini Bike From Kikker5150.com? I Found Their Site And They Have A Bike Line Called The Hardknock Which Looks Pretty Awsome.

i just did some research and apparently they are fairly easy to register in PA (the state i have a license in and there is a forum on the website that you can check) and less than a 100 bucks a year to insure.
