IF YOUR TALKING ABOUT A CENTRIFIGUL (MURDERED THAT) CLUTCH THERE WILL BE SPRING LOADED CLUTCH PADS INSIDE A DRUM AND ONCE ENGINE RPS ARE FAST ENOUGH TO OVERCOME THE SPRING PRESSURE THE CLUTCH PADS EXTEND TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE DRUM AND WHEN YOU LET OFF OF THE THROTTLE THE CLUTCH PADS RETURN TO REST .
