For the price, it seems pretty good, unless of course, it's junk.

I think that's the same engine the scooter guy is using. Maybe you can expect 3 months lifespan on that engine max...for the price...

Yes, I have used two of those same exact motors on mini bikes. They are high revving motors, 10 to 12,000 R.P.M.'s but they don't have much power. They are also set up for very small #25 chain which is pretty fragile. That is why I used them on small mini bikes where the rider would weigh less than 100 pounds. The price was right though. That is really cheap on e-bay. I think I paid $99.00 when I bought them.
