Does one have to get different spokes?

That sturmey hub is gorgious. You most definitely would need to get new spokes. Bike shop should be able to hook you up. you ever build a wheel before C'sfool? if your gonna put that nice hub on there consider gettin it laced up by a pro. I've trued many and laced a few bicycle rims and I rebuilt a BMW R80/7 front wheel after I blew out the bearing seats in the hub. It's doable but it takes patience. Did I mention that I really like that Sturmey Archer Hub

That Sturmey hub really looks nice, and would look good on my chrome chruiser!!

I've never "laced" a wheel myself (Is that the terminology?). It's the kind of thing that is easy as pie, conceptually, but all skill in the execution. I recognize it' s just the kind of thing that would cause some grown men a full-on tantrum.

I'm having images of the flogging I gave my electric power washer last summer. Clubbed it with a 1 1/4" thick, 3 ft length of dowling, replete with streaming expletives.

I'd rather pay to have it done, than risk setting my bike on fire. Heheh.
