Default Clurch Arm Keeps Going Loose

It´s been four times that the Clutch Activator Arm gets loose in my Micargi Cruiser MB, just when I´m riding it.

I put back the pin that holds it in place and it goes loose. Also the first time something came out from the clutch shaft. It may be a string retainer, or something.

Is there a way I can fix this clutch activator arm for once and for good ???

I appreciate any advice on this regard.

Thanks a lot.

See You in the Road !!!

Do you mean the little pin in the clutch cover is coming out. If so, you can either peen it (center punch) it or tap the hole and put a small set screw in it.

Yes, the little pin keeps coming out. I´ll remove the clutch cover tomorrow and try either options.

Thanks.

Clean the hole and pin and JB Weld it in.

I just found a sheet metal screw that was long enough, drilled through the hole all the way then from the front of the cover screwed it in then cut the extra off. Works fine.

Mel,
That stringy stuff wrapped around the clutch pin looks like something you picked up on your chain. Maybe string, dog hair, a wad of cloth; Just clean everything, relube and take the advice offered above on how to secure the clutch actuator cam retaining pin.
