Default Chain tensioner idea

I was thinking that Joe's skateboard wheel tensioner and my derailleur tensioner combined would make one of the best possible tensioners out there. Any thoughts, I think I'm going tear mine back down and do it!

Terr',

I'm aching for a good chain tensioner to replace my SUT (Standard Uglified Tensioner).

You gotta pic of yours?

Look at the post new occ chopper paint, might be a few pages back. I have a whole build breakdown on there I believe, with a few different suggestions that differ from my instructions there. I would in hindsight lock the single bolt down by using a nut on both sides than trying my little "trick" using a single nut and epoxy. My hasn't failed or anything it would just be an eazier method of making sure it's roadworthy. Also see Joes post on his skateboard wheel tensioner, I'm thinking the combo would be ridiculously reliable and easy to DIY.
