Default Centrifugal clutch/pull start pedal clearance problem

I was wondering if anyone knew where to get a wider one piece crank. I've looked and I can't find one anywhere. Or as an alternative, I wanted to know if its possible to mount the engine higher in the frame so that the engine is higher than the pedals and how to do that. I have the room to mount it higher, I'm just not sure how to do it.

i have used spacer washers in the past, but do so within reason considering stress factors etc.

i have the same problem, but i cant move my engine no higher.
my kit came with a wide 3 -piece set but my bike uses a 1 piece.
you can use a crank and peddals from a 20" kids bike or they have a converter for the 3-piece wide set so it fits the 1 piece hole, but it cost more money.
