carb problems

my bike seems to be idleing way to high when not moving messed with the idle screw it got worse then messed with throttle cable made no diffrence looked for air leak couldnt find any?? does anyone know what the stock settings for the carb 70cc daxs 2 cycle engine is?? was running fine

Loosen the idle screw about four turns from tight (not too tight) turn the dajuster IN on the top of the carb as far as it will go, or until you hava a little freeplay ther. See what happens. If those two don't do it, look inside the carb via the air cleaner opening to see if the slide is going all the way down. If it's not one of the above there is an air leak somewhere.
