bump and shut down

I have a kings motorbike motor that has over 6000 miles and ever since it was new if you hit a bump or pot hole the motor will shut down or loose power for about 1 or 2 seconds then comes back to life Any body got any ideas.It has to be a pretty sharp hit like a 3 inch raise ith sidewalk or jumping off a one foot curb.

hi hook; im guessing electric--kill wire--mag wire loose? its like the doc says, if it hurts to do that--stop it. mitch

Does it immediately shut down or does it take a few seconds, then shut off?
