Bicycle Engine Sputter

Yours is running too rich.

Clean the air filter element.
Clean/replace the plug.
If those two things don't get you going right, then move the "C" clip on the jet needle UP one notch.

The CDI wire just unscrews from the CDI.

Naw, just bought a new kit and built a whole new bike. I can always use a good excuse to build a new toy.

Finally tore into the old engine. Turns out the problem causing the sputter was a broke lower ring. Who da thunk it.....
