Pull Start for 80cc chinese engine
take a look here as well.. I never did any of this I just remember seeing it....

Tried it and the shaft still turn's without the gear's or piston moving.
I cannot think of anything else to do but send it back??

not sure if you were welcomed to they site yet sailor. welcome and glad to have you with us. check this out norman told another way to try to get it off bicycle engine total tear down . let us know if that works

Are you saying the main shaft turns and no piston movement??? Yikes. Are you watching it with a box end wrench?

If the shaft is turning and the piston and gears aren't then the rod is not connected and neither are the gears.

Which would be easier to fit a friction drive wheel to, a trimmer motor or a blower motor.
