| | Re: Ask a specific question I didn't get one either. My kit was so cheap I could bend the clutch lever with my hand. I didn't even put it on the bike. |

| | Re: Ask a specific question No problem Cruiser, I'm sure we'll get together and ride, man am I itchin' for a ride. the snow is almost melted enough to get into my storage shed, after that its a quick tune up, some warm gloves and away with the wind .
Deacon, I would not reccomend the stock clutch lever for anything more than scrap. I use locking Pyrimid brake levers, they are used on adult trikes and can be ordered at any LBS for between $10-15 a pair...Kelly

There are those who swear it is not possible but I have seen 38-40 a couple of times on the flat, wide open. That was with a 44T, 26" 1.90 tires. Two different vehicles confirmed it. Not recommended.
I'm changing one to a 36T from thatsdax just to lower the cruise rpm.

Okay my engine is mounted almost perfectly vertical very little tilt. But some I have noticed are at about 45 degrees or more. So does that effect the carburator. If so how. | New to this.
I have a 70cc 2 cycle and bought a pull start for it but cannot get the nut and washer off the shaft in front of the magento because it keep's turning, tried holding the gear's but still turn's?
Do you know somebody that could help me.
Thank you.

| | Re: Ask a specific question Take spark plug out. Make sure piston is down a bit. Feed some clean flexible nylon or poly or whatever rope in spark plug hole. Turn engine now, until it tries to "compress" the rope. Rope trick. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
