QUESTION:
is it possible that a misbalance on the inside might cause a rpm threshold?

I doubt it's a misbalance - I think your needle taper could be ODD. Tell me this, in the video - when you get to the nasty early midrange flutter - if you hold it there, does the engine die?

8oz @ 20:1 = 160oz of gasoline 128oz = 1 Gallon So 8oz of oil to 1 Gal and 1qt of Gasoline

Any QUALITY oil..... I use Amsoil Sabre....
Mr. Right,

I am not a mathamatician nor a mechanic to speak of, but I

am thinking 128 oz Divided by 20 = 6.4

so 1/20th would be 6.4 ?

Right ?

no, the vibration is so bad though that gas comes out of the carb through the primer!

I am not a mathmatician either so I use a calculator lol. I believe though, I entered the figures correctly. He has 8oz of oil and wants it mixed 20:1. So
8 x 20 = 160 or 1 gallon and 1 quart 128 + 32 = 160. Correct? Sorry if I calculated wrong.....

OK, but double check, I have a gallon of gas I need X amount of oil for a 20:1 ration, so 128/20=6.4 oz.

Right Sir ?

You are correct but his question was "I have 8oz of oil, How much gas for 20:1"

you must have a flywheel let loose if its shaking the fuel out of the carb at least that is what I'd look for but to do that you need to take it apart and possibably split the crankcase.
