PC help

I am hoping someone here could help me with a problem I am having with my PC.

I am using Windows XP on MSN Explorer

I keep getting a update from Microsoft that keeps failing to download. It has been happening for several months now.

The update is..Windows XP service Pack 3 (KB936929)

I have contacted the help section but my error code is not their and they have never contacted me back.

The error code is....0x80070017

I do not know whats going on, or what to do. Anybody got any ideals?

as root do
zypper ref
then
zypper up -t package

Linux Speek is all I gather as I do use Fedora 8 and I may be out of date.
