Yesterday i pedaled 30 miles (50kms) on a non motorized mountain bike with my friend.
I found i was suffering after the ride something was missing. So i went to my doctor and he sent me to a specialist-Dr. Morini. The doctor recommended 30 miles (50 kms) at mostly full throttle using one of his 5.8 hp engines. What a difference I feel normal again. Iam supposed to continue this treatment daily for the next 36 months and if not fully cured come back for a second appointment!!
