Can you recommend reasonable Freme welders in los angeles?

I need a simple loop put into a frame that I will cut & prep. Just need them to get the 1" tubing, bend it & TIG weld it in. I don't want to drop $100-300 in shipping nor do I want to pay hundreds of dollars. Can anyone help?

try to find an old, established muffler shop. a place where there's an old guy standing around smoking, and the welded "muffler man" out front, with a couple of classic cars in the shop.

seriously, these are the type of guys that either want to help you out just for fun and a coupla bucks, or will tell you to "get the *** outta my shop!"
