I got Rufus tied to the work bench making these by hand and I tried to get him to wet sand them. Cats and water, when added together, explodes and what a mess. So these headlights are going to be in kit form, semi finished. You have to prime and paint and do some pin hole filling some work but if I did them or if Rufus did them they would be very expensive. This way you can brag you made it yourself. You will need some extra stuff to get it to work. like wire and a switch, a mounting bracket the bracket that mounts some reflectors will work with a hammer modification. If you want taillights too. I can supply this as well but they bring up the price by at least $10.00 just for the taillight. I have not told you the price for the headlight yet as I'm not sure what will be fair for you and me as these are all hand made, might also make a larger one but not sure I can get Rufus to work on them.,he's already busier than a cat covering up fresh you know what.
here is a little sample of an unfinished one. Please give me some feed back on what you guys and girls think?!!

Have you figured out the bulb to use? I would be intrested in one with a socket if you can source them. I have a vintage sparto headlight off of some motorcycle from England, It has a 32 watt/ 6volt bulb. Looks alot like yours, just I have already mounted it, so.... |

And slave labor to boot when you check out my home page. Rufus is just out of the picture with his big whip just waiting for one little screw up then look out. Screaming and crying and gnashing of teeth and he's just getting warmed up.

| | Re: lights using the white wire that really work I just got back from Normans and got to look at his new bigger headlight. He even let shoot a little bit of paint on it. It is a nice looking light. I can't wait to get one and put it on my bike. In fact I think I'll put one my wifes bike too. It's a real nice looking light and it works off of the white wire without killing the motor.......................
