I apologize for not getting back to this sooner. A group of like minded folks was considering working on a similar effort and this would have been redundant and done the opposite of it's goal. But back on.

I will email the first bits ("welcome to motorized bikes" and "choosing a bicycle") to the editors and any one who would like to contribute by the end of this week end.
