My dreams have been answered in conneticut
The new law seems to state. Motor driven cycles 5hp or less can be driven at the same speed as traffic if you can do so or use the shoulder. all you need is a drivers licence.

awesome! If only California could put the law so simply lol, but that would involve work and I heard most of the old fogies in CA making laws are out surfing
