does any one know of any bike laws in Nebraska, with the motors on bike?

I believe it falls under moped laws in Nebraska

DMV - Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles

Mopeds are exempt from titling and registration. You can operate on public roads as long as you fallow moped laws. I only took a quick glance, you may want to read about it a little more. Hope this is helpful.
