Cant find laws for Minnesota

Hay guys, I have built a bike about a month ago and I got to say....these things are fun
I am just about to put together a better one but I wanted to know what the books said about it
it, problem is.... I cant find anything.....think you guys could help me out?

I realize this post is a little dated but here's the Minnesota deal..Moped Laws by state sorry for the late response.

Is it just me or is anyone else scratchin their head trying to figure out how this looks anything like a motorized bicycle...lmao!!
