Are you going with a rack or center mount motor?

If you are using a center mount......What kind of bike would you recommend?

Hey, you bought it for $75, so why are you worried about it? (just giving you a little ribbing for getting such a great deal)

You will want to use sleeve style engine mounts (see my Rotten Orange build thread) to distribute the load of the engine mounts to prevent damage to the frame. I'll also be taking an additional precaution and putting a single wrap of 20mil PVC pipe tape between the frame and mounts for a little vibration dampening.

Apparently that particular bike has a carbon fiber hardtail on it, so you'll want to be especially careful of that. Personally, I dont have a lot of faith in the carbon fiber bikes for engine mounting, as an engine puts a trememdous amount of stresses on the bike that it was never designed for. any bike engine you go with , youll have to pay special attention to not damaging that CF tubing.

I've done all my research and think I'll be going with the Titan.

I like the idea of pulling into a gas station and having everyone gawk as I fill 'er up for a whopping $2.

I also like the idea of minimal maintenance.

I just want to jump on my bike and go!
